Ensuring delivery of other existing universal services of the government for education, health, social security and other related civic amenities with a view to providing utilities to the poor

Improved municipal services and improving conditions for poor through Urban Renewal, watersupply (including Desalination and Sewerage), Solid Waste management, and storm water drains, urban transport, preservation of water bodies, health, education, wage employment and urban transport
As urban economic activities are dependent on infrastructure efforts to foster an investor-friendly environment
Governance will be conducted in a manner that is transparent and accountable to citizens
